Process.

The Premium Springs Bottled Water Purification Process: 1) Multimedia Filter - This filter removes sediment and suspended particles from municipal water supply. The particles removed are from 10-100 micron range in size. 2) Activated Carbon Filter - This filter is to remove Chlorine and Chloramines and organics created by decaying vegetation; also removed, if present, are organics such as pesticides, herbicides, and potential cancer-causing trihalomethanes from chlorine being added to municipal water. The multimedia and carbon filters are programmed to backwash every day automatically.

3) 5 Micron Pre filter - This filter uses only HYTREX II thermally bonded micro fiber matrix filters for pre filters. These remove particles of 5 micron in size. 4) Reverse Osmosis Membranes (R.O.) - These membranes are semi-permeable and are capable of removing 99% of all contaminants. R.O. membranes can remove particles as small as 0.0001 micron. The R.O. membranes are effective in removing harmful Guardia (beaver fever) and Cryptosporidium cysto. 5) Ozone Sterilization Equipment - Ozone is injected into product water at approximately .4 parts per million. Ozone destroys microbes 3,000 times faster than Chlorine and only leaves pure oxygen behind as a byproduct. 6) Bottle Sterilization Process - The bottles are first inspected and then washed by a semiautomatic bottle washer using filtered water at 140 ° using anti- bacterial cleaning agents followed by sanitation inside and out. Then the bottles are placed in their own clean room where they are filled and capped and day coded by a trained technician. 7) Out Of House Lab - The water is sent out quarterly to an independent lab to confirm our lab and testing procedures are correct. 8) Our Final Product - Our bottled waters are free of Chlorine, Sodium, Cryptosporidius, Giardiasis, and Bacteria.
