How Deliveries Work

Delivery Frequency:
Delivery service is normally once every 2 weeks. We will provide you with a delivery schedule, so you know when to expect us. Normally, the driver comes automatically, on your prescheduled delivery days.

We do offer weekly, or monthly delivery service if required.

Houses:
Please leave your bottles outside at the prearranged location in the morning.

Apartments / Condos:
Please leave your empty bottles in front of your suite, in the hallway. If the building is secure, please provide a FOB, or key, or concierge access to allow the driver to make the delivery.

Replacement of Bottles:
Normally, the driver will replace the same number of bottles that are left out.

No Empty Bottles Left Out:
Sometimes customers forget to leave their bottles out - this is OK! We expect that this will happen from time to time. If you have not instructed us not to leave water, the driver will still leave water. If you plan to be away, or you know you will not require water, please let our office know, so that we can arrange to skip your delivery.

Prepaid Water:
Your delivery ticket will always reflect the number of prepaid bottles you have on your account. Once all prepaid bottles have been delivered, we automatically invoice for more.

Delivery Tickets:
The driver will leave a copy of your delivery ticket with your water. The driver will record the number of bottles delivered and picked up, and will make an adjustment to the number of prepaid bottles (if any) you have remaining on file. You can always refer to the delivery ticket to know how many prepaid bottles you have left.

  1. This is your route number, and sequence number. The last digit of your route number, is your delivery day. You can download the schedules here.
  2. This is how many prepaid bottles of water you have on file.
  3. This is your customer number
  4. All customers have paid bottle deposits on all bottles you have on hand. Occasionally, your float may increase or decrease. We record how many "extra bottles on hand" you have.
  5. This is where the driver will record how many bottles were delivered and picked up.
